- Invoicing & Statement Rendering - we provide a secure area for companies to send data for invoice and statement rendering. - Letter Shop Services and Mail Campaigns - it may be a letter to your customer reminding them of an upcoming change; a newsletter to those in your organization so they know the monthly events; or a year-end appeal letter by a non-profit to recruit more donations. We can provide all of these and so much more to meet our clients' needs and that includes postage rates such as presorted non-profit, presorted marketing or standard, and presorted first class mail.
- Consumer Promotion Fulfillment - as a client, you may want to send out promotional items to your customers or employees. Pens, magnets, badges or gift cards as well as many other options. The majority of these items can be produced with our company Dimensional Graphics, and then walked over to our fulfillment department to be mailed out.

Have we mentioned postage discounts?
Postal rates continue to rise every year, sometimes even twice in a year. However, postage discounts and promotions are available through the United States Post Office. How do you know which discounts may apply to what you are sending? That’s where we come in! As a mail service provider, we know the options available for you, and by the end, we will have all the information needed to find the biggest and best discounts for your piece. The simplest discount to apply for is a presorted discount – batches as low as 200 pieces can receive a barcode, and with that barcode, comes a massive drop in price.
If you are a non-profit organization registered with the USPS, the discounts just keep increasing. Watching your price-per-piece drop from $.74 to as low as $.165 is a breath of fresh air and can dramatically increase the reach those donation dollars have year-after-year. If you are a non-profit that needs to register with the USPS, the application for this is Form 3624. This is a great place to start to see if your non-profit is eligible, and we can help you move forward from there, including direction on how to fill out the form, the time it takes to receive authorization, and so much more.
Additionally, the Post Office offers promotions throughout the year that decrease the overall price of postage. These promotions vary widely, but could include catalog, tactile and sensory, and continuous contact promotions. They also have add-on incentives which include sustainability and informed delivery.
