We often have clients who like to send out promotional items to their employees, benefactors, or customers as a way to say thank you. Pens, magnets, calendars, or notepads are all popular items, and many of these items can be designed & produced by our sister company Dimensional Graphics. Once they have been produced, they are walked over to our mail fulfillment area to be inserted and mailed out.
We have customers who mail out many different items, and some of those items are large and bulky. When you are sending out larger quantities of these items, it is often more cost effective to work with a mail service provider. Not only do we have the materials to properly package your items, we can provide and attach all necessary labels for mailing out the mail pieces. Promotion fulfillment mailers we have sent include pens, magnetic calendars, notepads, badges, concert passes, and notebooks. We also have a fulfillment department that works with larger pieces that are mailed as packages.
Additionally, we work with different postal shipping companies such as the USPS, FedEx, and UPS, so we find the best possible pricing when it comes to the items being sent out based on weight, dimensions, and speed.

How much does it cost to mail promotional items? Every mailer is a little different. For example, a magnet that is just a bit smaller than the envelope it is mailed in can mail at letter rates. However, a notebook which is typically larger, would need to mail at flat rates. If you're looking to mail a pen, this must mail as a package as it is considered bulky and uneven in size.
What can you mail? We can mail almost anything! We have a mail fulfillment department as well as a package fulfillment department. If you are mailing items that are flat and easily hand-inserted into envelopes, our mail fulfillment department will insert. However, if you have larger items that need inserted, even into promotional boxes, our package fulfillment department can handle it. We can handle small order of a few hundred to orders of thousands and thousands.
Our items have a short-shelf life. Can you mail quickly? Yes! We have a second department that works with packaging and shipping items that are larger in size, usually packages, that need to be packaged and mailed within two days. We just need to know all the details beforehand.
Why not just do it ourselves? You can, but if you are looking at shipping out a few hundred pieces of promotional items or more at a time, a mail service provider can find you the best shipping rates and can also quickly prepare the mailings themselves.
